What is airbrush tanning?
Airbrush tanning is a whole new way to tan your skin without any exposure to harmful UVA/UVB rays. With the use of an air compressor sunless tanning solutions are applied to your entire body by a certified technician. The solution sprays out of the airbrush in a fine cooling mist allowing for an even, streak-free application. The entire process takes 10 minutes.
How does airbrush tanning work?
The sunless tanning solution contains an FDA approved cosmetic ingredient called Dihydroxyactone (DHA). DHA works by reacting with the keratin protein in the top layer of the skin. The DHA in sunless solution is derived from a vegetable source (such as sugar cane or beets). DHA has been used in every sunless tanning product on the market for over 40 years. The DHA is airbrushed onto your skin and begins to appear between 8-12 hours after application.
